CHAPTER 93

When Jan got to the desert, he met total chaos.  Dead bodies littered the ground and half of the den was a heap of blocks and dust. His men had Nikkie's surrounded. Two of Nikkie's men were holding up the still unconscious Derrick in-between themselves, while the rest guarded them with weapons drawn.

The two teams were having a standoff waiting for who would fire first but this was only possible because Jan had called his men earlier and told them to cease fire.

Jan gallantly strolled to stand beside Boris who was leading his men. He took his time to look Nikkie's men over and imprint their faces in his heart before smirking in a derisive way.
