Talia tried to calm her erratic breathing, but it was so difficult to do so. She slowly rose to her feet, trying as much as she could not to lean on the injured leg, but it was so difficult to do so. She looked around the trees, but she honestly found it difficult to see anything in the dark now the clouds was slowly hoverring over the crescent moon.

'How can you be so useless, Titi?' She whispered sadly.

Titi sprang from the darkest part of her, and whispered back. 'This is how I have always been, Talia. If you had listened to me, you won't be blaming me for these things. Plus, the moon goddess always knows what she is doing with the likes of us.'

Talia rolled her eyes. 'I wish you were stronger. I don't need this right now. I won't be fucking suffering.'

'Wishes don't solve anything, Talia. We can't change our fate. You need to accept this,' Titi whined.
