She turned around and looked at him.
"Thank you so much, dad. I won't forget this" she beamed with smiles and ran to give him a hug.
"But you need to promise me you'll be fine. And promise me you'll be coming back home that same day?" Richard demanded.
"Of course. Of course, father. I'll be fine and I'll be home".
"Fine. Now, has your appetite returned?" Richard asked and Roseline chuckled as she took her seat.

Martha had come very early the next day to know if she'd be making it for the party and her joy knew no bounds when Roseline told her her father had given her the permission.
"But what am I gonna wear? I can hardly make a choice, Martha" Roseline grouse as she riffled through the clothes in her wardrobe.
