Chapter 64
Roseline walked nervously with Martha into the palace, her heart racing faster than it should.
God! As the clock ticked, so she felt so scared. Was this going to end well?
The maids and guards they came across kept bowing and greeting to them, although Martha was the one answering to them since Roseline was so depressed.
"You'll be fine, Okay?" She whispered to Roseline along the way and all she could do was manage a smile.
They got to the dining room and the long table had already been dressed with meals - appropriately.
"The King said he'd be busy right?" Roseline turned to Martha and asked. "What if he refuses to come?"
"Um... let me go check up on him. Just stay here" Martha replied and hurried off while Roseline took a seat.
