The festival of wrestling will begin any moment, the story of the mighty female warrior by the name, "Agbana" was still fresh as only two

men had been able to throw her to the floor, some men even sustained a

life injury combating with her. The wrestling festival is not a festival to be missed by anyone, even the sick are brought to watch it, a festival that takes four days, eight fighters will be nominated for a fighting tournament, the first day, four persons will be

evicted, the second day, two people will be evicted and on the third

day, one champion will emerge who will then confront the giant figure

woman Agbana the giant.

Two weeks to the festival, eight of the warriors were nominated,

Adesuna was also among the nominees, Adesuna prepared himself day and night he was not used to such a fight whereby weapon is excluded, he practiced with his fellow warrior friends; he also often times

practiced alone trying to put down some small trees, in few days time the fighting festival shall commence. his dreams were crowded with the wrestling competition.

Although he was a fearless warrior, who believe he could withstand

anyone, Adesuna believes in fate.

The day had finally come, on that day, the wrestling ground was crowded, complexity of sounds blooded all over the place, with a vast of emotions, a man ventured out of the crowd, he walked straightaway into the orbit of the wrestling ground. he is to play the role of the referee, he had a bell in his hand which he will be using to coordinate the fight, the first two warriors were called out... The bell was rang, they immediately gripped themselves, and struggled intensively, before long one of them was thrown into the dust, everyone cheered up the winner, another set of fighters were called out, it was Adesuna and another young man, Adesuna threw him to the ground, after an intense tussle, the fight went hot and weird has Adesuna crosses every stage, six warriors had been screened out remaining Adesuna and Topke, Topke is a very powerful female warrior, her height was an advantage, she has big arms, she stands tall, the both contestants were called out, that day, everyone had come out in great anticipation, anyone who scales through this stage will be facing the giant woman, when they

were called out, Topke glared unblinkingly at Adesuna and smiled which seemed to

everyone that she had finally met the opportunity she had long

awaited, the referee quickly rang the bell for the fight to begin, for

awhile they looked sternly at themselves as they pace around, the both of them might have discovered their Achilles hills in their previous

challenges. she will look at Adesuna's giant legs and quickly gazed

away, Adesuna wondered why she often glanced at his feet, the referee

had signaled them to resume action but they both seemed to pay no

attention, one slight mistake could get someone to lose, although one must outwit the other. The referee

closes and opens his two arms in a rapid manner, an indicative of the

fact that they should commence action..., the warrior lady gripped

Adesuna's right leg, she struggled to throw him to the ground, shout, yelling and laughter ran through the cheering spectators. Adesuna was halfway balance, the audience shouted more in that interim, her two arms still held tightly to Adesuna's leg, he struggled has he successfully pull out the leg, he quickly grab her two forearms, drew

her close to himself, the both of them struggled to secure a balance, loud rumbling talk clatter in the crowd.

Adesuna passed his two arms across her waist, she dragged has she

tried to find a place to get hold of Adesuna, but couldn't, her jaw

pressed tightly on Adesuna's right shoulder, they both breath heavily they were both undulating at very moment, they were already soaked up in their sweat, no one could portend who the winner will be, their energy both ebbs away, in that intense moment, she crossed her right leg through Adesuna's middle, right between his knees, to unleash an energy that should live he crashing to the ground, at this point, she was halfway standing, the attempt failed, Adesuna in a quick moment passed his arm under her, with an intense groaning he threw her into the dust, everyone shouted and cheered Adesuna of his victory over Topke.

In the middle of the celebration, while people surrounded Adesuna and praised him, he lifted up his eyes, to his amazement, his eyes

met with his rival, Agbana, the giant woman; she had fastened a stone look at Adesuna, he will be facing her the

next day, she wagged her forefinger at Adesuna and then crossed her

fingers below her jaw, that sight drenched Adesuna's heart with horror and fright. But he must have to face his fate. Tomorrow is the grand finale, the

day in which history could be born.

The fight will commence when the sun will be in its intensity.

The next day was like hundreds of years away, everyone had got their

eyes fixed on the morrow; the age had kept their fingers acrossed as they

waited for that day to come. "May the gods keep us till tomorrow." An

elder said. it's seem as night was running away, night refused to

come, arguments about who the winner will be rumbled in the midst of

old men, some even began to quarrel which was almost leading to a

brawl, others began to place their betting. The kingdom of Odudu

seemed to be divided, the both contestants had good and reputable

records of victories which left everyone in a sort of dilemma,

"Adesuna is a bogeyman, that young man fights with flames in his

eyes!" an uncle of his told a partner that he was engaging in an argument.

By night, the day refused to dawn, the King who had a keen affection

for Adesuna rolled sideways on his bamboo bed, at several times, he

would come out of his room and sometimes peeped through the window, but always behold the menacing darkness that had painted dark the Kingdom of Odudu.

Adesuna was not too bothered, he remained poised. The pictures of the men he had slain just whisked passed his head.

The next, the wrestling ground was crowded with the villagers, the

fight will begin any moment. Adesuna had been dressed up; some cowries

were tied around his legs and arms with half part of his face painted

black, the female giant was also dressed up with some mixture of bids

around her waist, her arms were spotted with a whitish substance.

Suddenly, the referee was in the centre of the fight ground, he greeted everyone and said: "the great day has finally come like a

lightening across the sky, today we all know that they will definitely

emerge a winner." some people shouted, "Agbana the thunder!" this was the name of the female warrior that Adesuna will be facing shortly, a

young damsel came close to Adesuna where he sat, she pleaded with him

not to confront Agbana the giant woman, telling him that he could lose

his two arms, because so many men had fractured their arms fighting

with Agbana, Adesuna turned toward her and said: "young lady, our fate

is what we will hardly eschew, let your diamond heart pray to the gods

for me as I face a trial of destiny; I shall not be vile to the

innocent, and shall not be wicked to the feeble, as the sun rises and

sets, so short his our lives here on earth, when i am no, another man

will surely take my place."

The bell was rang, the two warriors in a gallant manner walked into

the wrestling ground, the referee quickly did an introduction and rang

the bell for the fight to begin Adesuna was of no match compared to

her height, she walked majestically towards Adesuna and shoved him

hardly, Adesuna in response to the push went two steps backward and

stopped, seeing this, a high-spirited yelling bulged out from the crowd, others in a tension of uncertainty. Surprise crossed her face, as she expected Adesuna to had at

least taken five or six steps in an uncontrollably manner; then she

realised what she was faced with, for a while she looked at Adesuna as

she paced around, Adesuna was also taking his time to source out her

weakness, the fight weave on as she took another move towards him but he dodged, and quickly passed beneath her hand pit to her back, he tried to grab her from the

back; but she quickly turned an grip Adesuna's forehand; then, the both

of them began to struggle, Adesuna tried to grab her waist but found

it extremely difficult, she tried to lift Adesuna from the ground, but

Adesuna's leg was wrapped around her giant legs, the two of them

struggled, Adesuna was almost a halfway standing, he was seeing an

opportunity, while his left leg was wrapped around her right leg, he

quickly enclosed his arms around her left leg, he pulled it about two inches from the ground where it was rooted firmly, when she took notice that her left leg was barely touching the ground, she tried to lean her giant on Adesuna, has she tried to drag her feet back to the ground, at this point, Adesuna grasped for air, as both of them inhale and exhale heavily, Adesuna held tightly to her legs, any move could bring someone crashing down into the dust, the complexity of noise protruding from the crowd intensified, Adesuna's black eyes almost running backward into his head, he screamed pulling completely her left leg from the ground, she

struggled to maintain her balance but Adesuna's unrelenting pressure

made it impossible, she crashed backward uncontrollably and fell, her eyes lit with shock. The

referee rang the bell for Adesuna's victory, history had truly been

made, his father Adeshuna embraced him closely with his mouth filled

with laughter, the King was standing in perplexity. "was this real?"

so many asked in amazement as they hardly believe what their eyes had

seen.

In the course of time, after several wars and victories of the western

kingdom of Odudu over both near and distant kingdoms, the kingdom of

Odudu became widely known as the mentioned of Odudu could get someone scared, the kingdom of Odudu has conquered, Gbasa the King of the south, it was during this battle that Adesuna, slew the huge airy

warrior of the southern kingdom, a one handed man who lost his one arm
