Jeremy's anger

Everyone was so shocked to see Olivia looking so sophisticated but then they didn't foresee that Jeremy was going to reject the contract. knowing how he put all his effort on the contract.

Olivia watched Jeremy's disappearing back and smiled.

"You don't know what is coming for you, Jeremy Walker," she said with a big smile.

she looked at those around her looking at her and she smiled at them. She put on her glasses and they went back into her car.

"Let's get settled," she said to her assistant.

her assistant didn't know why Olivia kept quiet after the Alpha had declared that their contract had been cancelled. The look on her boss was just too calm to be the look of someone who has just been rejected.

" What are you going to do ma'am? " Kurt asked her.

Olivia looked at him and smiled. " Jeremy Walker can never dismiss me like that" she said with a smirk on her face.

She was very prepared when she came to the pack. Did Jeremy think he can toss her away like he did the last time?

Never!

That was what was ringing in her mind as they drove to her hotel room.

Jeremy on the other hand was almost exploding in anger. He wondered how this could have happened and he didn't sense it at all. He was so happy to receive the woman in his pack.

Milan, who is the Alpha's beta, walked into his office. He knew that he had to tread carefully if he didn't want to be the one to receive the venting of Jeremy's anger.

"Alpha," he called.

Jeremy looked at him and then threw the mug that was in front of him at Milan. Milan didn't bother to dodge it. He received it on his head and the mug hit him hard, making blood gush out from his face, while the mug shattered on the floor with a loud noise.

Jeremy's secretary flinched at her seat and hoped that the Alpha didn't kill anyone because of his anger.

Adrian, who was Jeremy's Gemma, rushed to meet Milan.

"Are you alright?" he said with concern.

"I'm fine," he replied, wiping his bloodied face.

Jeremy felt more frustrated as he saw blood gushing out of Milan's face. "why didn't you dodge it?" He shouted in rage.

"I'm sorry Alpha" Milan bowed.

Jeremy removed his tie aggressively and he sat on the chair like a log of wood falling to the ground.

"How could this have happened?" he asked with a tired voice.

Milan looked very sad. It was his fault. He had been the one to handle everything concerning the new general manager. He also didn't foresee that he could be someone known to them, talk more of it being his Alpha's rejected mate.

"I'm sorry Alpha, it was my mistake and I will face it," Milan said with guilt.

Jeremy's anger was mostly directed to himself. He was just too excited about getting this successful popular female manager, after knowing that a lot of packs wanted her that he didn't look into what he was hiring. He hated that they had caught him off guard. Never in his life has he felt so useless and unsure of anything.

"This must be rectified. I can't have a woman with ill intentions work with me. I want the contract terminated" he ordered.

The two in the room looked at each other knowing how difficult what their Alpha was requesting for is. Termination of a contract without it starting at all will take a big toll on them.

"But Alpha......." Adrian started to say.

"I don't want any excuse from you!" Jeremy interrupted with a sharp voice. "all I want is that bi*ch out of my pack tomorrow!" he ordered.

Those two standing didn't even know what to do anymore. knowing how stubborn their Alpha is, they felt like crying.

The two bowed their heads thinking of what to do. They just couldn't watch and let the Alpha make a wrong decision because of a past grudge.

" Ahhhhh!!! " Jeremy growled and emptied everything on his table to the ground.

The loud sound of shattering hilled the room with papers flying everywhere.

" How can I be so stupid not to know? I got her a platter of gold and I thought I was lucky" he chuckled in anger.

Jeremy wasn't suspicious as talking to the business expert Pearl Crescent wasn't so hard. in fact she had told him how she had loved to work with him. Jeremy felt flattered not knowing that she was his worst nightmare.

" How did you get the woman's contact?" Jeremy asked Milan, glaring at him.

Milan face became firm at that question.
