"Are you sure you don't want to come with us?" I ask, my voice laced with hope and a tinge of sadness. I've grown to like Diana, despite our rocky start. She's shown me that people can change, and sometimes, they just need someone to believe in them.

Diana shakes her head, a small smile playing on her lips. "Mia, all my life, I've been nothing but a shadow behind Alpha Leo. It's time for me to step into the light and find out who Diana really is, without him defining me."
