Farrell and Cassie kiss

Molly:

“Mrs. Gustavo,” Cassie exclaimed, taking a sip from the glass in front of her.

With creased brows, I bore my gaze into her. She was not welcomed, and I did not want to talk to her. In fact, I was preventing myself from tearing her apart.

“You should try not to get comfortable with that because there have been other people before you, and none of them have stayed,” she scoffed.

“I doubt you keep that title; I was almost there.”

“My bad,” I said as I sipped from my glass.

“Yea, whatever… Just do not get too comfortable. Farrell is mine, and he always will be. I can bend him to my will. If he loved you, he would not have brought you here after what happened that day,” she explained.

My blood was boiling at this point. I wanted to pour the entire contents of my glass on her, but Farrell would kill me if I caused a commotion. She was talking a lot, but she made sense. Farrell either did not love me or did not understand what love was. But I didn’t want to give in to her demands. She
