UNGRATEFUL HUMAN

The alarm rings continuously, almost dangling out from the end of the table. She reaches out from under her blanket and pushed the snooze button. She has done that three times already.

“Why is it so loud?" She groans, hitting it on the floor. The batteries ran into different directions leaving the clock to it's fate. And so, she keeps snoring till it was seven o'clock am. When she shoots her eyes open, the entire room was blazing with the morning light.

She climbs out of bed, washed her face and thinks of the activities of the day. When she finally came to her senses, she realized it was eight thirty am. She has been sitting aimlessly for the past one hour doing nothing in particular.

“Oh no! the test! what happened to the alarm? It was supposed to wake me up at six!” She yells and hurriedly slips into a any dress she could find. Without wasting any more time, she runs off to school.
