Then there was a knock on the door.
"Go away "
Madison shouted, she knew who was at the door.
This person would always come to console her every time things went like this.
"Listen, I know your upset, I just wanted to talk to you, Are you okay ??
Gloria asked from the other side of the door.
"Just leave me alone Gloria, I don't need your pity, I'm not some lost puppy you can help."
Gloria who came to console her sister saw that their was no use so she left.
Meanwhile, in Avery's room.
The little girl was crying her eyes out she was never the over emotional type, but today she had reached her limits.
As she cried Irene consoled her telling her she would buy her new parts and help her fix it all up, she knew her daughter spent much time making the toy and was trying to make her feel better.
But she also wanted her to know that no matter what Madison was her sister and she should never wish other wise so she said calmly.
"Avery, I know Madison always act this way but deep down you know she loves you, she's just not good at showing it so please don't be upset Ok, sweetheart."
"Seriously mum?? You and dad always over look everything she does, she's like this because you always spare, she's never gonna change." Avery replied.
That's just her personality, Do you know that you father was just like her when we were young, so stubborn and free minded not caring about what others might say, she reminds me a lot about him, But see your dad changed, so sooner or later she would too."
Avery didn't hate her sister, she was just upset, Infact she loved her sister dearly despite the fact they rarely agreed with each other, they still did things together so she never wanted that to change so she just replied an
"OK".
Stacey Kel's favourite daughter was upstairs doing her homework, But still she knew about everything that happened downstairs so she put down her pencil closed her book and went downstairs to the backyard garden and stood there waiting for someone.
Any time Madison throws a tantrum she would also do something really silly afterwards so Stacey was just gonna keep an eye on her, or probably just follow her.
After waiting a few minutes at the garden she saw Madison sneaking out with a bag, just as she suspected Madison was trying to run away, How silly.
"Where would she even go." Stacey wondered.
Nevertheless she followed her, someone had to keep her out of trouble.
Madison kept walking, she had no idea where she was going, she would just work around the neighbourhood a couple of times before someone would notice that she was missing, And comes to take her home.
Kel and Irene who were unaware of their daughter's whereabouts, were in their room having a conversation.
"Madison's character is driving me nuts maybe we are being too soft on her." Kel said.
Honestly he didn't quite understand his daughter Madison, she had always been like this. He was starting to get fed up of her character, as he was thinking of this he heard his wife Irene chuckle.
.
"Do you know him." Gloria asked immediately the young gentleman left."Yes this isn't my first time of eating here. Madison replied."Yeah, but still you were a little to friendly with him." Avery said."This isn't my second time of eating here either so l see him anytime I eat here so now we've become friends. Is there a problem with that." Madison asked with a frown."No.Offcourse not." Avery replied. "Good."After that nothing but silence followed for a while. Until Madison talked once again. "So are you guys in a relationship with anyone yet."The girls looked at each other first to see who was brave enough to answer that question. But no one said a word. "Hmmm l asked you guys a question.""Why are you even asking that??." Avery asked."Is it wrong to find out??" Madison answered Avery's question with a question."It's none of your business actually." Avery replied."Oh, sorry did you think l was actually talking with you?? because l wasn't. I know some people are destined to
With a smile Madison walked back into her room leaving her parents outside to do whatever they wanted she really wanted remove from her mind the scene she just witnessed.Stacey was in the room now with Gloria and she just laid on the bed without moving. That was the first thing she did the moment she entered the room. She just walked straight to to bed and got in."What's wrong with you." Madison asked."I'm exhausted can't you see that." "Seems like working with dad wasn't what you expected." Gloria said."It's fine just stressful." Stacey replied closing her eyes. "And why is this bed so uncomfortable." Stacey asked trying to adjust herself on the bed to find a comfortable spot."Tell me about it, l couldn't even sleep here last night." Madison said.Suddenly Avery walked in."Breakfast is really aren't you guys gonna come downstairs." Avery said then took notice of her sister Stacey."Stacey?? " "Hey Avery."Stacey stood up to go give her sister a hug."Did you just get here??
Gloria and Madison walked out of the room. And immediately they did Avery shut the door behind them. "Why would two grown women act like children." She mumbled.*********Madison and Gloria went to Madison's bedroom and Madison hopped on the bed."This bed is soo uncomfortable, l wanna go back to Avery's room.""Yeah, this is bed is really hard." Gloria said as she sat on Madison's bed."I'm telling mum to change all the beds in the guest rooms, they are way to hard to sleep on.""No wonder we don't have any guest." Gloria replied and Madison laughed.Gloria looked at her sister and smiled, she remembered how she acted yesterday and really wanted to apologise."Maddy. listen about the way l acted yesterday I'm really sorry.""It's okay sis all things have been forgiven and forgotten." Madison said as she stood up from the bed and went over to were her suitcase was kept and began to unpack."Now come help me decide on what to wear for breakfast this morning. Gloria smiled.********D
Sitting in a well furnished office Mr Kel Ross sipped his cup of coffee while flipping through some documents. Ever since his daughter Stacey started helping out in the company he was less busy and most times he didn't even have to lift a finger because everything was always done perfectly. He adjusted himself on the chair, to find a more comfortable position closed his eyes and relaxed as he enjoyed the absolute silence in the room."Dad take a look at this." Stacey said as she walked in with a frown on her face.Kel opened his eyes to see his beautiful daughter standing in front of him. She was all grown up now and she was a stunning sight to behold.Stacey had a well sculpted figure, very delicate but beautiful skin, a set of dazzling blue eyes and Angel white teeth, she had coils of long brown hair flowing over her shoulders, rosey red lips that looked as soft as rose petals and she had an elegant personality. And she was also very hard working. With a smile Kel asked her what was
The dinner table was silent for a while before Irene broke the silence."So, Avery do you wanna go next. What have you been up to." Irene asked."Oh" Avery said placing her cutleries on the table."Well mum, nothing much, l usually spend all my time working in the lab. That's basically my life." Avery said with a shrug."Sweetheart you know that not a healthy way of living. You have to get out and have fun see places and meet new people." "No mum, please don't start again." Avery said with a frown. The girls knew when Irene mentioned meeting new people she meant finding someone to get married to."Start what?? I'm not starting anything I'm just saying that it's the healthy thing to do." Irene said pretending to know nothing about what they were talking about."Mm-hmm sure mum. Avery said as she stuffed food in her mouth so her mum would stop talking to her and move on to another person."Well what about you Maddy, what have you been up to" Irene asked."Nothing much, just hosting a
"Well l hosted a global event about helping less fortunate last year and I'm planning on hosting another this year." Gloria said with a smile."I'm very proud of you sweetheart. I love the way you always want to help others. Irene said with a smile. among all her daughters Gloria usually reminded her of her late mother."Yes, that's a very nice thing to do. But let me remind you that last year after hosting that event you became bankrupt." Madison said. Her sister was such a kind person that she would use all her income on others and then live a very uncomfortable life which she Madison did not agree to. As much as she wanted to take care of others she should also take good care of herself."Yeah, Madison is right Gloria. Those global events cost a lot of money, and your always the one sponsoring it. Why not turn it into a charity event instead ??" Avery asked. "Because l don't mind sponsoring it. I don't know why you guys are complaining when I'm not. I'm fine."Whatever, do what su
