44. BIG BABY IS HERE

He was surprised at the sudden soberness of someone who almost broke down the whole building just to seek audience with him. He was already expecting her to attack him with the degree of rage she came in with but here she was on the floor, on her knees, groveling on behalf of her master.

“What did you just say? I couldn’t hear” he asked, leaning forward.

“Please save Luna, she’s at the brink of death. She must not die like this” she pleaded, closing her eyes in defeat.

“She’s at the brink of death? So what does that have to do with me? What should I do about that? Why are you disturbing the peace of my chamber just because of the Luna who is at the brink of death?” he growled, his voice shook everywhere.

She stood there absorbing all the growls and screams while folding her wrists to suppress the anger she felt as the harsh words fell from the lips of the cruel Alpha.

“You really shouldn’t be acting like this, my Alpha!” she responded, fighting tears with all her might.
