“Starting tomorrow, Mr. Benjamin Manalang will be transferred to section A.”
The silent room filled with loud murmurs. Did I hear it right? It was me who’s going to transfer? Is he the one who’s behind it? I clenched my fist. He is going too far just to control me.
“Isn’t it unfair?”
I returned my gaze to the person who's speaking. H-how? How did she maintain such a calm expression when looking at him? Those unfathomable eyes are looking straight on Sir Chris.
The tension between them is staggering throughout the room. Even the murmurs from earlier had died down, and the room was filled with an increasingly intense atmosphere.
I know Mal Pandora is different. But how can she manage to talk to him in this manner?
“What is unfair Miss?” A cold voice asked Mal back.
