CARA’S P.O.V
“Can I drive?” I asked, packing our belongings in the car. “Drive? You want to drive? Wow I really can’t believe my ears Ms Cara Stone. Are you the same person who created a big argument on our way here, just because you didn’t want to drive?” Xander’s words were dripping with sarcasm. “Well this is what you get for forcing me to drive, now I’ll steal your car!” I said, getting into the driver’s seat and waiting for him to get into the passengers. “Cara your foot is still healing. You can barely walk without my help, please explain to me how you will drive with an injured foot?” He folded his arms and looked at me with amusement. “Oh yeah, I didn’t think about that. I guess you are right” I sadly got out of the driver’s seat and limped over to the passengers.

CARA’S P.O.V I feel bad about arguing with Xander yesterday regarding our wedding venue and I could tell by the look on his face that he was hurt inside after all of the nasty words that I threw at him. I love him so much, but I couldn’t help but feel upset knowing that another one of my dreams will settle in the dream graveyard. However, now that I think about it again…I don’t think that the money that I have saved up is enough for the wedding that I want. I want a grand wedding, but that is my dream and not Xander’s, I cannot expect him to pay for it. I know that he has spent a lot of money on his other wedding, but that he did by choice and I would rather not get married than force him to spend money on this wedding as well. I am not after his money but if I continue to irritate him about the big, grand wedding that I want he might assume that I am after his money and I won’t even blame him because that’s the way it would seem. CARA’ P.O.V Admiring the formal outfits that I bought…well Xander bought…over the weekend, I chose a grey and black check dress to wear on my first day of work. It stopped perfectly above my knees and the black belt which came with it, made the dress fit me perfectly. Loosening my curls, I applied light make-up and nude lipstick, gave myself one more look of admiration in the mirror before leaving the room. In the mirror, I saw a proud woman, even though I would be working for my future husband the fact remains that I would be earning my own money and not just living off his. I made my way down to the first floor in my small inch heels. “Good morning sweetheart,” Xander said, his back turned towards me but I still found him attractive. I mean who wouldn’t find a man, wearing a formal custom-made fitted suit, preparing your breakfast attractive? “Good morning. I have good taste in clothing, don’t I?” I complimented her and myself at the same time, as I admired her beauty from head to toe in the red, long-sleeved dress that she wore. “Thank you,” she said, heading towards the dinner table. “How does sushi sound for lunch?” I asked, feeling a bit bad after seeing how exhausted I have made her, I thought that she would have quit but I guess it’s still too soon. “Sure, that sounds good and that smells good,” she said, after I placed a plate of breakfast in front of her. She quietly ate her breakfast, not noticing me watch her attentively. Is making her over work wrong? But I really didn’t want her to work.
