SUBTITLE; A Night to remember..

Xavier regained consciousness but couldn't open his eyes no matter how hard he tried..

His eyelid felt heavier than two bags of coins...

A groan escaped his lips and he took the towel away from his forehead and finally opened his lazy eyes...

He tried to move to a seating position but groaned even louder and placed his hand on his abdomen...

His eyes fell on the bandage on his wound and realized it had been changed...

A sigh escaped his lips as he moved gently to a sitting position...

He was shirtless and also covered with sweat... It seems he had a fever all night...

He closed his eyes and rested his head against the wall and failed to notice his wife who was sitting not far from his bed...

"When were you gonna tell me?" She spoke and he could sense the anger in her voice..

He opened his eyes and they fell on his wife who seemed to have lost weight from worrying about him...

"I didn't wanna bother you..". He mumbled under his breat
