Chapter 39.

I stopped at a spot after hearing Kate's question. A faint sigh escaped my lips before I turned to face her.

"Yes, Kate. I told you before, didn't I? See, when I discovered I was a witch, I was just as astonished as you are."

I gave her my response while her gaze narrowed on me.

"I am part werewolf and part witch,"

Kate nodded and muttered, "Since when have you found out about it?"

"Since I discovered I have three mates," I replied to her with a chuckle but there wasn't a single trace of a smile on her face.

"Furthermore, I learned about it from an elderly seer. Let's go to Hazel, she must be waiting for us," I suggested and Kate hesitated before following me..

It was like she had so many thoughts going on in her mind.

"You look so puzzled. It's not the first time you witnessed me using my powers, is it?"

"No, it's not,"

"I'm only curious as to why you have that bracelet on. It looks quite unique especially with those markings on them. Where did you get it?"

    The next day….The loud buzzing sound from my alarm caused me to wake early.
