 You either go to your new post or hand in your resignation letter. Only my secretary is allowed to come into my office, I'm sure you know that so if you gonna choose to continue working here, you better stay within your limits like the other employees". Clara felt embarrassed by what she was told, she nodded her head and left. She knew that if she really wanted this job, giving up would be the best thing to do, if Chris was capable of giving her another post just for him to avoid misunderstandings with his girlfriend, it simply meant that the girl was in his heart and had an important role that could not be jeopardized by anyone. At this time in Fortune's apartment, it was 3pm and she felt so bored that she couldn't stay put anymore. She decided to go to the grocery store and buy a few snacks. On her way back, she met the person she has been avoiding, it was Brandon, he was standing not far from her apartment, fortune was procrastinating if she should proceed or go to a coffee shop just opposite her school. She  sighed deeply, I can't always run away from certain things, even if I try. Seeing her hesitant, Brandon walked towards the door of Fortune's apartment and stood to wait for her. Fortune knew that she couldn't run away, she had to face this head-on. She walked to her apartment at a slow pace looking at the man standing at her doorstep. "Brandon, what do you want?" fortune asked straight forwardly. "fortune I know I lied to you that I would manage and that I understood you, I now understand you so please let's get back together, what I had with your cousin was a mistake and what I said to you was out of frustration , fortune I don't want to aggravate you, I just want to reason with you. Trust me there's no perfect man out there, we all mess up in one way or another we are all the same, believe me we can work this out, Brandon said this circumspectly. "are you done? fortune asked indifferently, Brandon, firstly they are certain things that we can't get back in life, the word after it's said of which your words were all lies from the start, you can't take that back because that's what you told me, a lie and you made believe a it.

The time we spent of which is gone and was all fake   and the other thing you can't get back is trust once it's broken, no matter how much you try, you can never get it back and you broke my trust so I don't trust you. Hence I forget to mention, you know those words you said about my cousin being able to satisfy you while I couldn't, I think you only said what you felt, not that you were frustrated. When you think about it, you should never apologize for saying how you feel because it's like saying sorry for being real. For once I do give you credit for being real, I suggest you stay real all the time. Have a good day and don't bother me please". Fortune pushed Brandon who stood in her way like a statue. She opened her apartment door,shut it tightly and immediately locked it. Brandon who stood motionlessly outside recovered from his shock he rubbed his head in frustration and strolled away.
