Let her dream on and fly so high such that she will fall and hit the ground hard enough to wake her up to reality" Mrs Shaw said this to her husband who ignored her like he didn't hear a thing. Mrs Shaw's anger and disdain was so evident that it couldn't be hidden in anyone's eyes . She couldn't stand the fact that her only son, Benjamin was a waste and never brought anything better to the family. Her own daughter Camilla didn't get higher marks than that stinky fortune,her own daughter's results were not even good enough for her to enter the university. She felt like her heart was pricked by a needle and couldn't help shivering with anger, there was a  flash of jealousy in her eyes. "Damn it" she couldn't help scolding. 

At this time, fortune was smiling happily in her room looking out the window and  hoping that one day she would meet that one person whose face never faded in her mind . She vividly remembers how she set her eyes on him for the first time, her heart beat so fast that she felt a little strange, she was moved . It was in her high school when she saw her classmates elder brother visit him at school. She saw this handsome face with a captivating smile and nice sexy brown eyes. She blushed upon seeing him and it was love at first sight. She inquired about him and asked her friends if they knew what his name was and she got to know that he was called Alex.He was a senior about to enter university and she was only a high school student at that time.

Coincidentally, it so happened that Fortune's young sister Lisa and Alex young sister were best friends. Lisa happened to give Fortune's cell phone number to her best friend Lily saying that they should communicate frequently so as to catch up on some gossip. Few days later, Fortune was at home being a weekend, she was relaxing from all the school work and studies when she heard her phone ring. She looked at the screen and saw that it was a strange number. she answered and heard a girl's voice from the other end "hello, is this Lisa's elder sister?"fortune responded and asked who she was talking to and the girl responded"oh sorry, I'm Lily, Lisa's best friend"fortune immediately understood and gave her sister the phone.They spoke for some time then ended the call. Days went by like that till one afternoon again, Fortune's phone rang and she saw that it was Lily calling.

She looked around the house hoping to see Lisa's figure but she couldn't find her. She decided to answer the call and tell Lily to call later but when she answered, she heard a guys voice and was shocked for some seconds..."Are you Lily's friend?" The person at the other end asked " no, I'm fortune, Lisa's elder sister, whose speaking?" The other end paused for Abit and responded " I'm Alex, Lily's elder brother, I just wanted to find out who she talks to all the time on phone, wanted to make sure she's safe" fortune froze, is it the same Alex she liked,the one with the sexy smile and handsome in an eye catching way. OMG he must be the one. I don't believe I actually got a chance to hear his voice, I'm actually talking to him! I'm talking to him! fortune was so excited that she forgot she was still holding the phone and was smiling like a fool."

Hello, hello are you still there?" The other end asked, fortune snapped out of her trance and responded" oh yes you don't have to worry your sister is safe". " Oh okay I'm pleased to hear that, by the way I like your voice, have we met?" Huh!!! Is he talking to me! Fortune was a little shocked and quickly covered up her shock " well I have seen you a couple of times, you frequently visit your brother who is actually my classmate in school so I naturally know you but I highly doubt you know me" 

" Oh that's great then, we will get to know each other better as time goes by, nice talking to you and the call ended. Days went by, Alex and fortune kept in touch via phone till their communication suddenly stopped. Fortune while remembering the past fell asleep in a daze .
