His expression changed completely. His cold stern look was back. This time, with a frown that still made him look hot.

I wiped the tears out of my eyes, before it became any more noticeable. But obviously, the curious me had to still talk. “Who's Mia?”

“That's none of your business!” He threw back like a fiery fire.

We looked each other in the eyes. I stood from the bed, walked closer to him.

“Seb,” I sighed, trying to cool myself. “I'm your wife.” We both looked shocked at my words.

He frowned. “I never gave you the right to call me Seb,” his frown became thicker, his voice became deeper. “And, you need not know anything about my past. You are my wife to the world, not to me.”

I broke into pieces. Anyone who heard those words from him, should consider suicide. The thing that made it worse, I was fucking releasing tears.

“Why are you crying?” He pulled his brows, looked confused.

I quickly swiped those tears from my eyes.

“Nothing.” I muttered.

We looked at each other awkwardly.
