Chapter 7 - Touchy

After lunch they were straight back to the matts. Mya was exhausted. She looked up at the clock at the end of the barn. 2pm; she’d been at this since 5am. This was insane. “Quinn I really don’t feel like doing more, I’m so tired. Can we have a break and do something else?” She moaned while stretching her arms.

“You’ve just had lunch, that’s break enough. You’re going to stay here until you have all six animals turned correctly and that’s the end of it”. He almost sounded angry with her.

“What’s the issue Quinn? It’s not like there’s a rush. I shan’t be going anywhere anytime soon” She rolled her eyes. With that Quinn leapt across the matts surprising her and pinned her to the floor. She didn’t even struggle she was so shocked. She thought Quinn to be a friend, what had she done wrong?
