Chapter six

Logan pov.

I didn’t expect the girl to be that pretty and welcomed by everyone in the pack. High crest pack members were not the most accommodative people but somehow Tala had managed to win their heart and even that of my brother Lucas.

‘ Yes the demon wolf’.

I need to warn Tala to stay away from Lucas, but her inquisitive nature would need me to do more than just telling her to ‘Stay away’.

I was jolted out of my thoughts with the creeping sound of the door. I tilted my head and shifted my gaze to the door.

“ Mmm. Sorry didn’t know you would be here”. Tala mumbled while struggling to cover the exposed part of her glowing skin.

“ Yea I stayed back”. My eyes still feasting on her skin.

I gulped down the lump of saliva stucked at the at the middle of my throat. Trying not to look nervous at her standing right in front of me.

“ Are you okay?”. She asked trying to shield her body away from my lustful eyes.
