Damon felt the warmth of Diana's arms around him as he slowly opened his eyes. The room was dark, with only the soft glow of the moonlight filtering in through the curtains. As he gently slid out of bed, he could feel Diana's body stirring slightly, but he knew he had to leave.

He carefully lifted Diana, cradling her in his arms, and carried her to her own bed. He gently laid her down, tucking her in and placing a soft kiss on her forehead before turning to leave.
