My room was exactly like it’d looked five years ago. The omega who worked here must have diligently changed the bedsheet and cleaned the room because there was no dust or dirt here.

“Shall I bring you a fresh pot of tea?” asked Quinn once she’d finished making the bed.

“Yes, please. Thank you, Quinn.”

A few minutes later, she came back and placed the tray on the table. She poured the tea into an empty cup and then added a splash of milk before handing the cup with its saucer to me. “Grab one for yourself, Quinn,” I informed her and watched her eyes widen.

“Thank you, Milady, but I know my place,” she replied like a true omega.

I put my tea back on the table and grabbed the pot of tea and poured it into an empty cup. “How’d you like your tea, Quinn?”

Upon realizing that I was fixing a cup of tea for her, Quinn rushed to kneel beside my sofa. “Milady, you shouldn’t. I should be the one doing things for you, not the other way around. This is not right.”
