Kelsey's POV

After I left the Marshman Group, I glanced back at the fancy building.

I just felt exhausted and wanted to leave quickly.

I really hoped I could deal with those people less in the future.

When I got home that evening, Catherine grabbed my hand.

Her eyes were sparkling. "Kelsey, I've got some great news. The old house we used to live in might be getting torn down!"

"Really?" I asked, my eyes lighting up.

This was like a godsend!

It came just when I needed money the most, and I'd get a compensation package.

Catherine nodded excitedly. "It's true! They'll have us go back for a meeting to discuss the plan in a few days."

I held her hand, feeling warmth in my heart. "Awesome. We'll take our time and figure out which option is best. No rush."

"But what about Skye..."

Catherine's tone suddenly dropped, "They'll find out sooner or later, and they'll definitely come to cause trouble. Maybe you should tell your brothers sooner. It's just the two of us, and we can't handle them."
