MasukThird Person's POV
Kelsey saw Digby's car and thought he had arrived, but it was Lucas who got out.
She answered, puzzled, "Lucas, I'm fine."
"Your phone was dead. We were all worried sick."
Kelsey felt a little guilty. "I accidentally dropped and broke my phone. I was too busy with work to fix it."
Craig chimed in to explain, "Yes, Kelsey was busy at the engagement venue for a while. We just got back from there."
Lucas asked, surprised, "Kelsey, you went to the engagement venue? When?"
"I was quite late, about two hours ago, I guess. What's wrong, Lucas?"
Lucas glanced at Craig and quickly changed the subject. "Nothing. I'm here to take you home. Let's go."
He couldn't discuss this in front of Craig for fear of giving something away.
Kelsey turned to Craig. "Craig, you don't need to drive me. You should go rest too."
"Alright, drive safe."
Craig had to give up the opportunity, but he would have plen
Third Person's POVLucas tsked—why was this Marcus so obtuse?Kelsey coughed lightly and pulled on Lucas's arm. "Forget it, let's get another one.""No way. If we're buying a phone, it has to be the latest model."This was the first time Lucas was buying his sister a new phone. It had to be the newest and most expensive. He wouldn't settle for anything less.Kelsey heard Lucas and felt a headache coming on. She really wanted to leave this place immediately. She pulled on Lucas's arm and said in a slightly spoiled tone, "As long as it's from you, I'll love it, latest model or not."As long as it was a gift from her brother, she would love it.Lucas felt much better after hearing that.He had to keep a close eye on her.He absolutely couldn't let just any man covet her, especially this divorced, older single man, Marcus. He needed to prevent any contact between him and Kelsey!Marcus heard Kelsey's soft

Third Person's POVKelsey walked over to the studio's designated area and said to Craig, "Craig, let's go.""Kelsey, are you okay? I was really worried about you.""I'm fine."Kelsey gave a strained smile. "But this order might be a waste of time. I'll take responsibility for the losses.""Kelsey, our studio is a family. We face difficulties together. There's no way we'd let you handle this alone."Craig glanced toward the engagement site. "But are we leaving now? Is the engagement ceremony really not happening?""Whether it continues or not, it has nothing to do with us anymore. Craig, there's something I've been hiding from you—I have a personal conflict with Angela. She intentionally hired me to design this ceremony for a specific reason."Craig thought, "I knew it."Kelsey definitely had a connection to the Larsons. Otherwise, how could she safely walk away after having a conflict with Angela?Craig's sm
Third Person's POVKelsey was stunned. Didn't he know this was his engagement party? How could he say that in front of Angela? Wasn't he worried Angela would cry?Sure enough, the next second, Angela cried out, "Marcus!"Sidney yelled, "Then what about Angela? What happens to her?"Kelsey heard Sidney and had the exact same question.Wasn't today Marcus's engagement day?Was his mind unclear when he told Mia "She is my Luna"?Couldn't he see Angela's tearful, pure act?Angela was wearing a wedding dress today, looking as innocent as an angel. Didn't Marcus notice? While Kelsey was rambling through confused thoughts, Marcus walked toward her.She had been looking up at him so long her neck was starting to hurt.Only then did she realize: this man was really tall.Marcus stood in front of her, his narrow eyes fixed on her.Kelsey felt uneasy, uncomfortable under his intense stare.
Third Person's POVCraig stood outside, annoyed that he hadn't managed to greet Kelsey earlier. His coworker whispered, "Boss, Kelsey was so brave! Wasn't she scared?"Craig had been too startled to step in.But then he remembered Kelsey's brother was related to the wealthy Larsons. Maybe this was just an internal feud among the elite, and he shouldn't worry about it.However, it also proved that Kelsey's background was more complex than he thought.Otherwise, how would she dare to stand up to Angela and Mia like that?Inside the engagement venue, only a few people remained.Kelsey had meant to take some photos with her phone, but remembering it was broken, she gave up.Mia scrambled up from the ground, staring at Kelsey. "Angela, have the bodyguards grab her! I'm going to teach her a lesson today!"Angela put on an innocent act. "Kelsey, you were clearly the one who started it. You should apologize, or this won't
Third Person's POVAngela stepped forward. "Digby, what is so urgent?""Company business."Digby offered an excuse, not telling her the truth. After the three men left, Angela stood alone. Her eyes instantly turned cold, her heart filled with resentment. It was her engagement day, and her own family was abandoning her halfway through?Angela recalled the adoption dissolution agreement Digby had given her, and her heart with filled with anger. She had spent so many years in Silver Moon that she already considered herself the Alpha's sister. How could she willingly be cast out?No matter what it took, she would not leave the Larsons.Just then, Mia walked over. "Angela, why did all your brothers leave?"Angela immediately put on a different face. "Something urgent came up at the company, so they had to leave. They're all very busy, just like Marcus. He only had to leave because of work."Mia felt somet
