The truck stopped and pulled over at the side of the road. He got out of the driver's door and marched to her side of the truck. She frowned as she looked around them. This place looked familiar but it seemed to her they parked out of nowhere.
Zach guided her out the door as she stood there looking more like a lost homeless kitten.
"You're..taking me into the woods?" she asked.
"Yeah, problem?"
Her expression fell. "I thought..I thought we're going to eat." Her stomach was quivering in hunger.
"We are," he said. "But I'm not taking you in a place where people can see what's mine. Not when you're naked underneath that dress."
Sighing and slightly uncomfortable, she walked to him. "I hate you."
"You know you can never hate me, Kitten." He smirked and pressed his hand against her back to guide her the path.
"Zach?"He brought his attention back to her."What is it?" Anna softly asked, eyes filled with concern. "You look..sad."He smiled weakly. "This place..It brings back memories. Good ol' times."He focused his eyes at the falls and she followed his gaze with wonder."Sometimes," he said, "I just want to forget everything. I want to forget terrible things." He brushed his hand down his face and cupped his stubble jaw.She scooted closer to him and grabbed his hand, intertwining their fingers. She lovingly kissed the back of his hand, caressing her lips softly upon his skin."Sometimes," she murmured, "memories are meant to be longed. And sometimes, memories are meant to be forgotten. It's your choice, Zach. It's your choice if you'll learn from the past. Or run away from it."He pulled her hand to his l
His heart was tightening inside his chest. His heart was aching. Bleeding. Wounded. And he couldn't do anything about it."Fück!" he cursed out loud. Jaw clenching. Fists curling. Eyes burning. "Fückin shït! Fückin shït! Fückin—"He stopped and froze. She was there. She was naked. She was swimming at the mist of the sunset. And it was a beautiful sight. For a moment, he had been panicking, had been losing his mind and sanity at his own thoughts. Just knowing she was in danger would have given him a heart attack. But then, she was there, he reminded himself. But then, the way she rose above the clean sea of the falls, the way her wet hair sticked to her skin, dripping wet and flushed, the way she had her eyes closed as drops of water rolled down her skin, the way she bit her bottom lip attractively, the way her naked breasts arose from the water, he couldn't help but be mesmerized, be stunned by her beauty.
He was gone when she woke up the next morning. However, little Luna was sleeping soundly upon the pillow beside her head. Anna sat up from the bed and yawned while stretching out her tired arms. Her eyes narrowed at the sight of her open window, remembering last night. Shaking her head, she sighed and stood up on the floor. Walking to the bathroom, she washed her face and brushed her hair. She walked back to her room and wore comfy shorts. After making herself look presentable, she walked downstairs and looked around for Lola. The scent of delicious pancakes led her towards the kitchen. "Goodmorning, Grandma," she greeted once she saw her Grandmother over the kitchen counter."Goodmorning, Dear."She hopped up and sat at the kitchen counter and looked over Lola. "Pancakes, yum!"Lola glanced at her and lifted an eyebrow out of curiosity. "You seem very excited today," she said suspiciously. "
There was a moment of silence. He sighed and took a step away from her, running his fingers through his hair. It was an idiotic move, he knew, but he couldn't help it. His cool always gets out of control whenever he was with her. He almost told her he wanted her.If only she knew."Can you smell that?" she asked, pulling him out of his thoughts."What?" The only thing he could smell was her scent. The sweet fragrance was clouding his space. God, how could she not see that?"Come on," she said."Fück," he silently cursed under his breath as she grabbed his hand, their skins brushing against each other, and led him upstairs to the kitchen."Oh, hello, Jack," Lola greeted with a smile as she saw them enter the kitchen. She placed pancakes on a plate and expertly poured sweet syrup upon the plate. "Come, eat."Anna dragged Jake
Zach took long strides towards Jake and roughly pushed him against the counter, tightly fisting Jake's shirt in his clenched hand along the process. "Stay the fück away from my girl," he hissed, eyes blazing like fire.Jake raised his chin slightly at Zach's ferocious face, seemingly so relaxed and satisfied with his enemy's reaction. "Dude," he said, smirking, "She's not even yours."Zach gritted his teeth, knowing he was talking about the mating and some shït. "She will be," he growled.Smirk fading, Jake's eyes turned dark as he pulled a deadly look upon his stern face. "I won't let that happen."Zach clenched his jaw, now crumpling Jake's shirt in his intense grip. "Don't make me kill you, Jackson," he hissed. "Don't make me.""For God's sake, I'm urging you," Jake retorted, determined while steadily keeping his firm ground in front of Zach. "I'm ready to fight for
That early morning scene between Zach and Jake wasn't much a pleasurable moment for her. But Zach's kisses managed to heal her afterwards. While Grandma was busy, watering the garden outside the mansion, they secretly went upstairs to her bedroom and he worshiped her with his sweet kisses, covering her lips and sensitive skin with his sinful lips. When she managed to pull away from him to slip inside the bathroom, she took a fresh warm bath. Though not very much glad about this, Zach waited for her and laid down her bed for awhile. When she came out the bathroom, she was a dripping hot body covered in a pink bathrobe that sticked to her skin.He would never say it in words but his darkening eyes portray his burning desire for her. He was allured by the beautiful nymph in front of him, she whom he would call his Queen.Nevertheless, he managed to put his pieces together. With gritted teeth, he averted his gaze from
When they had gone back to the black pick-up truck, they both got inside and he drove her to School. During the ride, his mind was occupied with many things.First off, he didn't really care about School. Or that they both skipped yesterday's classes and that he was supposed to train the students. It was his responsibility and obligation as an Alpha. To master the art of leadership and the art of senseless killing. And to train the students. Though he wouldn't really call himself a student or any Senior in Orlando for that matter. They were all professionals, actually. It was business. For the time being, however, he cared about her only. Not business or some shït. He cared only about the fragile woman beside him. To protect her. He would train her. Or maybe train her in bed. He shook his head at this sudden enticing imagination and then instantly thought of naughty things to do with her when she's in legal age."Z
She was blushing. He couldn't help but find it very adorable. The way she looked so shy and innocent, the way she was melting like an ice cream in heat, he liked it.Even then, he knew he loves her way deeper than she loves him. He could see it in her eyes. She was accepting him. But she hadn't realized it yet. She was still confused with her feelings for him that she couldn't even realize the love she had in her eyes whenever she was with him.She got out of his pick-up truck that was parked beside the School and near the forest. She walked to him and wrapped her arms around his waist, leaning her head upon his chest and lightly hugging him. He kissed the top of her head and hugged her back, one hand resting around her waist and the other tracing the line of her spine."Why do you always make me feel strange things?" she murmured to his chest. Her voice was low and soft for she meant to tell it to his
