Calling to me

Ian had found me sleep walking through our town, while he was walking home from border patrol that night. He called out to me only to have his words fall on deaf ears. So he followed me until I finally came to a stop, standing in the exact spot he had found me in a few days before in the library. Staring in the direction of the back door. Approaching me, calling my name once more, to try and wake me from the illusion I was in, only to be met with tears of panic, falling from my artic blue eyes, screaming  " I can't find you! Where are you!? I'm here! Please just come back!"

Ian told me, he held me closer then he ever had in the past, trying to sooth the sorrow that leaked from my body, shaking and swallowing me to my core. But those words he spoke never found the relief they were intended to give. Nothing seemed to take away the pain and sadness I was being consumed from. I would cry until I fell into unconsciousness.
