For a second, I honestly thought I had misheard him.

I just stood there staring at Leon, waiting for him to laugh and admit he was joking. But he didn’t. He looked perfectly serious, standing there with that calm, polished smile still fixed on his face.

On another note, there's never a chapter where the main characters dated. Maybe this is their opportunity after Riley loses her temper on her fiancé.

Not really the most exciting chapter, but super appreciate the daily update! Why is Riley so unlucky with men?! (Only Odin was nice) Always looked down for being poor in this story.
