“Where is my son?” Her sharp gaze accessing me. I gulped the pile in my throat, taking a step back to allow her into the house. She removed the shades sitting on her nose, a look of irritation flashed through her features.

“He is in his room and is sick.” I replied, she quirked an eyebrow up, looking at me from head to tail.

“Why are you dressed like a tramp on sale? Is this how you manage the company with Aaron? Are you trying to seduce him?” She asks.

Let me introduce you to Melanie Carlsen. Eugene Carlsen’s second wife and Aarons stepmother, she’s not a fan of me and it’s nothing new. To be honest I still can’t pinpoint what exactly it is I did to make her dislike me and frankly I couldn’t care. Melanie is someone like my mother, well, they sure almost the same personality. Averagely tall, plump with a lot of cosmetic surgeries, extremely pale skin.
