Chapter 8 Indigo

Markov Belemiere. Apparently, he is the top dog on human land. He doesn't seem particularly formidable; rather, he seems like a regular, frail human being. A few times I have caught a glimpse of him through the window as I spied on him from afar, and I was surprised to see a skinny man with brown hair and a strange square mustache.

“My daughter!” He cries when Holly rushes towards him. He wraps her in a tight embrace. “I was so afraid. Why did you have to go out of the borders like that?”

The scene reminded me of my father that I had to look away. While Holly and her father were conversing, I busied myself with looking at my surroundings. There are so many things in here that doesn’t make sense to me. All I know is that humans are using too much unnecessary items for their comfort. Not to mention that two hunters positioning themselves at the door behind me.
