“Alarick, did he contact you? Is he fine?" June asked worriedly over the phone call to Alarick. The man just sighed as he lay down. His body still aches from Drake's attack yesterday.
"He's fine, June. Maybe he doesn't want to be contacted. Give him time," Alarick said finally.
"Alright then. You also get a lot of rest. Bye," June said as she ended the call.
At the same time, suddenly there was a knock on the door of the room Alarick was in.
"Come in!" cried Alarick as he lay still and closed his eyes.
"Alpha, I have news. The Dragon King invites us all to the forest tonight to break that heart," said his men who entered the room.
