Five days passed, Isabel chose to make up for her brother who was still confined to the hospital. She even wrote an excuse letter for not going to work until her brother's condition returns to normal.

And because Arkus witnessed Isaac's condition himself, he volunteered to exempt Isabel and even helped with the hospital bills. Somehow the burden on Isabel's heart was reduced by the fact that there were people willing to help her brother, Alice was one of them who every time she finished work, she went straight to the hospital to bring them something to eat.

Isabel has not heard from Gideon for five days. She decided not to let him know about her situation because she didn't want him to feel sorry for her.
