Surprise!

He could not imagine himself eating steak in what used to be their favorite steak house in New York when he and Kathy were still happily in love with each other. His steak would always be well done while his girlfriend would often times roll her eyes on him for doing so.

Kathy liked her steak medium rare. He would always tease her for this and would often get punched on the side so lovingly for telling her that she might as well chew on a live, breathing cow than ordering a seventy dollar worth of steak. Her’s would come so pink inside and oozing with juice. He did not understand this types of people but looking at the huge lump of meat in his hand right now,barely cooked and there was nothing left of it but bones--Zac feared himself but the funny thing there is, he wanted more and he felt, well, better and stronger.
