Bella’s pov

"Haydn, why are you looking at me like that?" I felt a sense of fear creeping over me.

"Bella, why are you so afraid? I would never harm you," Haydn reassured me with a gentle expression.

Is it just my nerves acting up?

"I'm sorry, I... I had a terrible nightmare." Rubbing my throbbing temples, I tried to clear my head, to distinguish between reality and dream.

"It's okay," Haydn softly embraced me.

Maybe it's just my nerves after all.

"Dear, How about you?" Haydn's condition last night was truly dreadful.

"Yeah, I am good."

"I am fine," he confirmed his words.

Haydn offered a somewhat stiff smile.

"I really hope everything gets better soon," I sighed.

"It will."

After breakfast, I parted ways with Haydn; he had official matters to attend to, while I made my way to the library.

I hoped to find some useful information there to help break Haydn's curse.
