Chapter 11

Sarah Park can't believe Don is serious when he said she's the new owner of the apartment building where she lives. It turns out that her land lady failed to pay the Don a sum that is way more than what the building is worth so Don have no choice but to get the building and put it under Sarah's name. She feels sad though for the land lady's fate whom Don said has been moved to his charity centre.

Today, Sarah called Mr. Ting to inform him that she's not going to work. To her surprise, Mr. Ting is totally fine with it. He even told her to take her time in taking care of her mother before she go back to work. Sarah is happy to hear that, after years of working with Mr. Ting this is the only time he is giving her a decent off from work. She is glad to have asked for it today though she knows Don have something to do with the favor Mr. Ting is giving her.
