Chapter Forty-Six

A ringing noise fills my hearing, my heart pounding in my chest as I slowly open my eyes. I take a look down at the ground where I discover I’m laying in dry mud, pitch black darkness filling my vision. A woman’s scream filling the area I was in, but I knew what was happening.

“Long time no see.” Elliot smiles looking down at me, I roll my eyes as he lifts his hand down to help me stand, I take his offer and get to my feet. “I see you’ve came a long way on this quest of yours, you even found out who you really are.” He smiles as I wipe the dirt from my trousers away, I mean it’s felt like it’s been forever since we’d seen each other, but it’s only been a few weeks.

“The man I’m after is Jonathan right, he’s the man which killed you and is after the book.” I say just wanting to get that fact confirmed, I know how quickly this dream or vision normally, lasts with Elliot.
