Chapter Forty-Seven

The next day I was released from the hospital, but was given strict instructions to rest and not fight men in cupboards! Axel took this literally and told me I was to stay in bed until I was back to normal, I was very against this idea now I know who one of the men I have been searching for is. But Axel wasn’t having any of it, he told me this whole search can’t continue without the book which he has hidden anyway.

So I was forced to sit in bed all day, but he did head to the library and picked me up a ton of books to read while he had to work. I did really appreciate that gesture, but I would still much rather be finding this guy. I also spoke with my guards and apologised for getting them in trouble, none of them seemed angry at all and told me they understood why I did what I did.
