Chapter Twenty Four: Brother-in-law

"I missed you too" Leonard muttered and Elena smiled before hugging him back, they stood like that for some minutes before he pulled out.

"You are done for today, right?" Leonard asked.

"Yes" Elena nodded.

"Let's go somewhere then" Leonard said.

"Where to?" Elena asked.

"To have ice cream" Leonard smiled and Elena nodded, he opened the car door for her and she smiled before going in, he also went in and drove off.

Minutes later, he stopped in front of an ice cream stand.

"Oh, this place" Elena said as they came out of the car.

"This place? Do you know it?" Leonard asked.

"Uhn...Donald brought me here on Monday" Elena replied.

"Huh, why?" Leonard questioned.

"We just came" Elena shrugged.

"You shouldn't have brought her here" Alfred said, in her head.
