Yara's POV.

I had baked Maggie a cake for her birthday, even if Oma had said it so wasn't necessary, I did it because it's the only thing I could give to her. I asked around with the maid and I got the information that Maggie loves chocolate so I settled on a chocolate cake. I spent the whole day in the kitchen with the maids, baking, but I ended up loving the whole experience, they weren't so bad to talk to and I got a lot of information for them.

It turns out that Maggie and Kyle's parents were the late Alpha and the Luna of the pack and they had both died in an accident on their way to create diplomatic ties with another pack.
