Hundred and Twelve

Yara's POV.

I rushed through the door of our cottage, my heart filled with exhilaration. The baby, our precious little one, had been found, and Gerald was finally captured. The weight that had burdened my soul lifted, replaced by a surge of hope and relief. Oma, my trusted confidante and guardian, awaited me in the cozy living room, her eyes brimming with anticipation.

"Oma!" I exclaimed, unable to contain my excitement. "They found the baby! Gerald has been captured!"

A wide smile graced Oma's weathered face as she enveloped me in a warm embrace. "Oh, dear child, this is wonderful news," she murmured, her voice filled with joy. "Tell me everything."

I settled into a chair, cradling the baby in my arms, and recounted the events of the day. The rescue mission, the confrontation with Gerald, and the triumphant return with our little one. Oma listened intently, her eyes shining with pride and admiration.
