I ran back to the back, and I thought of only one thing.

Nothing I did was ok.

Branches whipped against my face as I pushed through the trees,my lungs burning,my heart hammering violently in my chest. The pack borders came into view far too quickly, the familiar scents of home doing nothing to soothe the chaos inside me.
