If it was up to Cade, they would have remained in bed the whole time, but unfortunately, Ava needed to pop in at her parents, her father had been discharged two days before, but he was still weak and often tired.

And she needed to make sure that her mother was holding up well, even though she had hired a nurse, she wanted to make sure that her parents were doing well emotionally and she could not really rely on her younger sister, who also lived nearby, to check up on them.
