26. Different identity

Aurora woke up with aches all around her body. She got up, wincing, and went to the bathroom. She lazily looked at herself in the full sized mirror. But when she saw her reflection in the mirror, she was in shock because she saw bruises on her arms and legs. She took off her clothes and saw that she had a large bruise on her back.

She yelled on top of her lungs. Her parents rushed into her room when they heard her yell. Her mother checked on her in the bathroom while her father stayed out.

“What’s wor-” Lisa asked, but stopped and gasped as she saw her daughter’s bruised body with horror.

Lisa rushed inside the bathroom and grabbed her daughter’s shoulders, turning her around and looking at her bruised body.

“What happened to you?” her mother asked worriedly, and then smelled some alcohol on her. “Did you drink last night?” she asked her.
