Chapter 47

Aurora’s POV

When I woke up the next morning, the was no sign of Alexis beside me. The side of his bed felt cold which meant that he had left the room for a long time.

That was fine, it saved me from the awkward phase of having any weird conversation with him about last night 's events. It also meant that there would be some space and quiet for me to breathe without him being right there, looking at me as if I wasn’t supposed to exist without talking to him.

I don't know what last night was and I didn't want to think about it.

“For how long will you go on ignoring us” Sia my Wolf asked from her place inside my head. She sounded so sad that I could hear her heartache even when it seemed like we were hundreds of miles away- but she was just inside of me.
