Aiden was such a pain in the ass. He’s so persistent and unrelenting in his demands and it’s driving me crazy. Our conversation outside the pack house kept replaying in my mind.

“I’m not a thing Aiden, I’m a person. You can’t own me.”

“Then I’ll tell everyone that we’re fated mates. I don’t know why you want to hide that, but I’m not okay with it.”

“I said I’ll be your girlfriend, not your property. That means you won’t mark me or seal our mate bond. I’ll just date you and that’s it.

“You’re already my girlfriend then, that means I have certain rights don’t I?”

“What are you talking about now?” I asked already getting frustrated. He definitely had something up His sleeves. I knew him quite well, he’d always find ways to make the most out of everything and make sure he’s at an advantage too.

“As your boyfriend, I guess I’d have access to hold your hand.”

“What?”

“To hug you.”

I sighed and rolled my eyes.

“And to kiss you too.”
