I had a good time with the princes, and neither of them were being mean to me. They even brought me to the palace after they visited me to the house. We have been the closest since the days passed by.

“The villagers are very respectable to the kingdom, Your Highness,” I said to Prince Ronald beside me. “They are all working hard to serve their families as well as the royal family.”

I watched the oldest prince smiling while his hands are behind him. He nodded and the angular volume of his face stretched into a charming appearance that made me blush. He is the most handsome among the princes, I thought.

“Yes. You are right. I even thought that I should improve the kingdom when I succeed my father king,” he shared and sighed, now his eyes on the village outside the palace. “But I am still scared if that day comes. What if it does not work out?”

“What does not work out?” I curiously asked him.

He then turned to me. “What if I do not become a better king?” he said.
