Chapter Forty Five

I woke up feeling drained to my limit. My body felt like it was suffering from paralysis. I groaned as I tried to move my fingers and toes. I had used up all of my energy yesterday. I didn't really want to kill them but I had no choice. It was either them or my pack.

The left side of the bed was empty. After I used up all my energy and the dungeon collapsing, I must've fainted because I don't remember much. I could feel Mykel's arms around me all night but I was too drained to even respond. I don't even know how long I've been sleeping for.

I didn't want to think too hard but I knew the war was only a taste of what else was to come. There are much more dangers out there. I sat up slowly and rubbed my tired eyes. Mykel's scent was weak which meant he had left much earlier. The pack needs him. We had lost so much members yesterday. Too many to count.

I threw the covers off my body and got off the bed. I felt a bit dizzy so I had no choice than to sit back down. I still wasn't sure how
