“You should've notified us of your arrival at least.” Aurora snaps at Lincoln.

Her brother just shrugs like he couldn't be less bothered by her unpleasant expression, his focus unwavering from the piece of toast in his hand.

About an hour after my parting with Lincoln, Clara had come in to let me know that Ethan had requested my presence at the Palace dinning room.

It was my first time having a meal in the presence of anyone else besides myself and aside from the time Ethan and I had dined together back at silver moon.

And so here I was, in the private dining room, a cut-off from the bigger one used by the pack members.
