The Alpha pain

The whole  silver moon pack  was in  silence as the whole kingdom prayed that the outcomes didn’t come out as always  .

The alpha king could be  seen to be walking around with a scared look on his face .

Alpha Declan walked around the labor room worried as he prayed silently to the moon goddess. He knew that the outcome might come out as usual but then he prayed that it wasn’t like before .

“ Your majesty ,we are  losing the child ,'' one of the midwives screamed from the lab in our room and Declan stamped his foot on the ground with anguish. He didn’t want the same incident to  repeat itself just like the way it used to be .

“ Your majesty calm down ,luck would shine on you on this one “  his beta told him, trying all his best to make sure that he wouldn't go against it again .

“ Calm, did you just  say  that ,you want me to calm down ,am going to lose that child  again and you expect me to calm down “ he screamed in anger  as he walked around in  a scared voice .

“ They are trying, “ one of the elders said with a sad look on their faces .

“That’s  what  you always say ,you all better save that child or am going to kill everyone of you “ he  screamed in anger as he screamed his head in confusion .

He didn’t know what he should do anymore ,he didn’t know if he should keep on praying because at this moment he had already lost hope in prayers and the only thing that could make   Him happy is the cry of a child .

He walked out of the room   And stood outside ,he was tired of looking at them ,he walked through  the corridor and looked out and when he saw the people praying and kneeling downwards,he couldn’t stop the tears that cane to his eyes ,he had to produce an heir but was unable to do it Because of some  stupid reasons .

He stood there unable to say a word or say a thing ,he just wanted to hear the goddess ,he didn’t want anything at all, the  only thing that could make him  happy was the fact that his baby was born .

  He stood in that same position for hours and soon the loud thunderstorms could be heard as well and that was when all the people started walking away from the praying ground ,it happened just like they knew .

“ Your majesty  “ he heard his beta call and he turned to face him with tears in his eyes ,he could  not Believe what he was going to hear again .

“ She  couldn't birth the child right ?” He asked looking at him as he let the tears that he had in his eyes flow down ,this was one of the most  tormenting things for him .

“ We lost them,they were twin boys but none  of them survived, “ his beta told him .

“ My mate, “ he whispered in a cold voice .

“ She's dead"

 “ he replied Calmly .

“ You can go ,thank you, '' he told him and faced the  wall while staring out of the building .

“ But your majesty “ 

“ I said leave “ he screamed at him   In anger and the beta rushed out of the room ,he didn’t need anyone to tell him what to do next ,he shut the door and everywhere leaving only the alpha there after instructing everyone not to go close .

“ Declan stood in the same positing for more than 2 hours and when he couldn't take it anymore he broke down in tears ,his eyes began to water as his body shook ,he was in so much pains than anyone had ever imagined ,he was just so pained, it had always been like this   ,he didn’t know the moon goddess was giving him so much punishment,why do she have to give him a new mate after the last one  have died ,why has the moon goddess devoted to make his life so miserable even after everything that he had done for her ,he had tried all his best to make sure that he did and served her to make sure that everything pleased her but yet he made him  go through pains ,what had he ever done to deserve such ill treated from her .

“ What have I done   To deserve such ill treatment from you? “ he  screamed as the tears rolled out .

“ Please tell me what I have done to deserve such ill treat ill from you ,what have I ever done “  he screamed crying as he punched the wall ,

he didn’t mind if his hands was hurting  all he just wanted was to feel the pain ,he just couldn’t  help but feel more pains ,he wanted to feel more pains    ,he wanted to feel the pains that his unable to feel ,he was tired of burying all his mate ,he was tired of burying premature babies ,he was just tired of everything and the moon goddess isn’t  doing anything to help the  issue  ,like  why do he have to go through the same  punishment  every year  ,he was sick and tired of everything .

  The alpha cried, clutching to his shirt tightly    ,he just wanted to tear everything that he was wearing ,he was sick of all of these deaths .

Penelope ran as fast as her legs could carry   , she knew that she had to be fast or they were going to come  for her again .

She ran through the woods hurriedly after making sure that no one was following her .

The tears in her eyes couldn’t stop  falling .

My dear you have to run or they are coming for you “ she heard a voice say in her head and  with that she increased her pace  she didn't want to die not now after hiding all these years .
