Chapter Twelve 

        

Delilah blues point of view.

I watch in horror as the creature hits Beven again.

"You said you wouldn't hurt him."

I cry out as I'm dragged along the corridor, the creature who seems to be the leader laughs as he says.

"Don't be such a drama queen; the boy will be fine."

I turn around desperate to see that Beven is okay. I can't stop myself from crying out as I watch his body fall unconscious to the floor.

The red creature grips my arm painfully as he pulls me around the corner; I can no longer see Beven all I can do is pray that he will be okay.
