"Jodi, what's wrong?" Nick asked, questioning me with worried look. My eyes were still glued at the unmoving camera lens. It took me all the effort to raise my hand and point to its direction.
"There," I pointed upward.
Nick traced my finger to the direction of the camera, an understanding downed to him yet he remained calm. He squeezed my shoulders shoulders, "Don't worry, the cameras are on loop, but we have to keep moving. Trust me, just trust me," Nick explained smiling warmly at me, the bruises on his face were still evident.
"Okay, let's go then." I let out the breath I was holding and we started our walk again. We had stops and halts whenever we would hear incoming steps.
